What's The Plan: JULY 11-13
Sidewalk sales, summer music in the park, Evita at Richter, Food Truck Friday in Bedford Hills, Farmer's Grind ice cream nights, P-Ville Music Fest, and more!

Welcome to the weekend roundup.
I’ve gotten a lot of new subscribers recently, so I thought it’d be a good summer project to organize everything into a resource hub. I hope you’re liking it. It’s kind of crazy to see how much we’ve curated together these past few months.
If you’ve got a suggestion for an upcoming post, just comment below or get in touch. I’m working now on an editorial calendar and would love your input on what you’d like to see these next few months.
Ok, let’s get into it.
On Saturday, The Little Mermaid opens at SToNC and the Ridgefield Library is hosting a Poop Museum (I’m just the messenger, folks). And there are a ton of opportunities to see some live music all weekend long. On Sunday night this Fleetwood Mac tribute band playing in Yorktown looks great. Perfect for the moms and dads who feel strongly about rooting their kids’ music education in classic rock. Don’t forget to dress up fancy for all the sidewalk sales happening in Greenwich & Darien. (New Canaan, Wilton and Katonah’s sales are next weekend).
Each week, I’ll pick an event that may not have a huge promotion budget but I think is worth highlighting. This week, the Plan of the Week goes to the Rock 'n Roots 2025 Music Festival and Fireworks Show at Lonetown Farm in Redding. This one’s put on by The Redding Historical Society. Is it just me, or are all the local historical societies on fire with their event programming? Looks like a fantastic night. »
Thanks to all the subscribers who signed up last week, including Tynne L., Pia D., Rachel K., Lauryn N., Nina C., Maria H., Kelly L., Lindsey C., Rebecca Z., and Heather H. And a shoutout to a new neighbor, Laura C., who was just gifted a yearly subscription from one of my longtime readers, Natasha E. It was the first time a reader gifted a subscription to The Plan, and I thought the gesture was so sweet. Click here if you want to do the same for someone else. 🫶

PPS: Our Summer Bucket List Guide is still on sale. I’ve sold 50 so far and am so happy to hear how you’re all using the book & the Google Maps List. Remember: Premium subscribers can grab the summer bundle for 50% off.
