What's The Plan: JULY 4-6
Fireworks shows, America250 Kickoff in Ridgefield, farm chores at Muscoot, free skate in Ridgefield, outdoor concerts in Redding and Caramoor, and more!

Welcome to the weekend roundup and happy 4th of July week.
I just unveiled our 2025 Summer Bucket List Guide on Monday and am so happy to hear your feedback on it so far. Think of it as a crowd-sourced catalogue of parent-approved ideas for when inspiration strikes you this summer.
You can grab the 25-page guide, kid’s worksheet and exclusive Google My Maps list bundle for just $19 until TODAY, July 3 at 1:00PM EST.
“I am loving this guide! It is so helpful and so beautifully put together, including a downloadable Google Map of all the recommended places and events. Genius, Kayla!” – Veronica McIlraith, a South Salem mom and an estate planning attorney with a local practice in Lewisboro
“This guide and Google Maps is genius. I've already grabbed my copy and have been sending it to friends and family to make sure they get theirs, too. Such a helpful resource. Thank you, Kayla!” – Kaylin Aarts, a Pound Ridge mom and a leadership coach and organizational development consultant
Remember, Premium subscribers get 50% off the list price of this guide and all upcoming printables I’ve got in the works. If you’re on the fence about upgrading to premium, you can try it free for two weeks and cancel if it’s not for you.

Each week, I’ll pick an event that may not have a huge promotion budget but I think is worth highlighting. This week, the Plan of the Week goes to Friday afternoon’s America250 Kickoff at Keeler Tavern Museum & History Center in Ridgefield. »
This one has been in the works for so long and it looks great. If you hear a fife-and-drum duo marching through downtown, you’ll know why. Don’t forget pick up your Ridgefield 250 scavenger hunt passport while you’re there. »
Thanks to all the subscribers who signed up last week, including Greg N., Catie C., Meredith R., Susan B., Melissa K., Allison C., Deidre N., Erin D., Samantha W., Danice T., Mariaem C., Kathryn F., Jessica F., Liza H., Emily K., and Amy E. And a shoutout to my FIRST “Founding Member” customer, Rebecca S. (Still have no idea what that paid tier means, but I am truly grateful for your support!) 🫶
